Operations Manager

Driving transformational change across an expanding hi-tech engineering business, you will have the opportunity to shape operational improvements at all levels.

Based in a new, state-of-the-art design and manufacturing facility, your role will involve identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and maximizing operational output.

This transformational role requires applying lean change management methodologies across engineering and manufacturing.

You will lead a small team and collaborate with senior managers on various improvement projects.

Requirements include:

• A degree in an engineering-related field
