Job summary

CBRE's Engineering Operations team is seeking an Engineering Operations Support Manager to lead hard FM delivery on a major financial services account across the UKI region. The role provides clarity, pace and structure in a fast-moving environment, ensuring subcontractor management, compliance administration, work order oversight and financial processes run smoothly.

Reporting to the operations lead, you will directly manage the Technical Coordinator, drive continuous improvement, plan daily

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a technical or critical engineering environment.
• Proven line management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar workflow tools.
• Strong financial administration and invoice/purchase order processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage subcontractor planner coverage and accuracy for UKI.
• Oversee all work orders (reactive, PPM, corrective) for self-delivered and subcontracted works.
• Coordinate compliance docs with eLogbook and reporting.
• Raise Service Now Change Requests for critical works.
• Coordinate ATA requests and Smartsheet processes for UKI.
• Manage subcontractor invoices, payments and budget tracking.
• Oversee CBRE SharePoint admin and document management.
• Line-manage the Technical Coordinator and supervise daily activities.
• Mentor the team and drive continuous improvement without close supervision.
