Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Lead Contract Support in Greater London to lead a team of Site Support Coordinators, bridging local operations with central leadership. You will ensure operational excellence, manage supply partners, and maintain rigorous financial controls in a data-driven environment.

You will mentor staff, oversee onboarding, maintain safety and compliance, and drive process improvements across regional programs while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in fluent written and spoken English.
• Solid IT literacy and ability to navigate data-driven environments.
• Experience in facilities management or real estate operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Site Support Coordinators to drive performance and development.
• Oversee policies, schedules, site trackers, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Promote safety culture by managing logbooks, contractor compliance, and audit actions.
• Manage the Facilities Manager’s finances, including billing, margins, and budget tracking.
• Act as main contact for vendors, obtain quotes, issue contracts, and review supplier performance.
• Identify savings opportunities, drive process improvements, and lead regional programs.
