SSEN Transmission Onshore AC is recruiting for Engineering Manager and Assistant Engineering Manager roles based in Scotland. You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through design, construction, commissioning and handover of major transmission assets, delivering value and safety-focused engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Chartered Engineer status desirable or progression towards registration.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver safe, high-quality solutions.
• Drive engineering excellence and manage technical risks across the project lifecycle.
• Promote Safety by Design and ensure compliance with standards and CDM.
• Build relationships with project teams and stakeholders to enable project delivery.
