Job summary

Redline UK in East Sussex is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team of up to 100 engineers. The role focuses on pure NPI development, driving the next generation of products, and building strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will work with the General Manager to provide technical leadership across hardware, software and mechanical disciplines, manage project schedules and budgets, and develop long-term customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams up to 100 people.
• Experience in electronic product and system design a plus.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create project proposals and present to and review with customers.
• Provide technical leadership to hardware, software and mechanical teams.
• Direct resource allocation for projects and manage schedules and budgets.
• Lead team and customer communications to ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term relationships.
