Job summary

Advanced Technical Recruitment in Andover is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead NPI/NPD projects at our UK site, guiding a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians and apprentices to on-time, to-spec delivery.

You will define the NPD roadmap, oversee transfer of new products to manufacturing, and support existing products with fault finding and obsolescence management, ensuring EN61010 compliance where relevant.

Qualifications

Experience in developing instrumentation and precision equipment.
Proven track record in NPI/NPD and product development.
Experience leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team.

Responsibilities

Lead NPI and NPD projects to on-time, in-full delivery.
Define NPD roadmap and product specifications.
Oversee transfer of new products to manufacturing and support existing products.
