Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Lead Electronics Engineer in East Sussex to drive advanced electronics projects for global clients. The role focuses on leading a small team within a fast-paced R&D environment and delivering mixed-signal design solutions for vacuum products and abatement technologies.

The ideal candidate has a BSc or MSc in Engineering, hands-on experience with OrCAD/Altium, and exposure to Ethernet-based communications, enabling robust, reliable product development.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Engineering (or relevant discipline).
• Mixed signal design experience (digital/analogue).
• Schematic capture with OrCAD or Altium.
• Experience with microcontrollers/microprocessors based products.
• Experience with mixed-signal design and Ethernet communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small R&D team in a fast-paced electronics development environment.
• Contribute to design and development of vacuum products and abatement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance projects and ensure reliability.
