Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead engineering projects for a global leader in complex machinery for semiconductor production. Hybrid role based in West Sussex or East Sussex with travel to East Sussex facility.

The candidate will have a proven delivery track record, strong communication, and the ability to steer cross-functional teams across hardware, software and mechanical disciplines.

Qualifications

• Strong track record delivering engineering projects.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, technically excellent and business savvy.
• Excellent communicator with manufacturing background (mechanical or electronic).

Responsibilities

• Create project plans, review with customers.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams (hardware, software, mechanical).
• Manage NPI development to deliver on time, quality and cost targets.
• Experience with electronic assembly techniques.
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience; manage projects with Waterfall & Scrum.
