Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in the United Kingdom seeks a Program Manager (Automotive Microcontroller Product Line) to lead large multi-disciplinary engineering teams through the NPI process. You will coordinate global R&D, Design, Software, Product Management and Manufacturing to define schedules and resource plans, balancing risk to maximize gross margin and EBITDA.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership in complex technical projects, knowledge of ISO26262/ISO21434, and a track record of delivering

Strong leadership and program-management experience in multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience delivering automotive/electronics products through NPI processes.
Excellent communication with management, R&D, and customers.

Responsibilities

Lead large multi-disciplinary teams through the NPI process for automotive microcontroller products.
Partner with R&D, Design, Software, Product Management, and Manufacturing to define schedules and resources.
Drive delivery from concept to production ramp with quality and cost control.
Identify and manage risks and issues; report with senior management metrics.
Ensure manufacturability, price, power, and system performance targets are met.
