Capital on Tap, a fast-growing fintech in London, is seeking an Engineering Manager to own health, delivery and direction of multiple product engineering teams. You will partner with Product and stakeholders to drive features that unlock revenue and scale systems.

You'll coach Team Leads, shape 3–12 month roadmaps, and balance build vs buy, while mentoring leaders to become senior managers. The role blends technical direction with commercial impact in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience managing managers or team leads
• Strong people-management track record including hiring and performance management
• Solid technical background with full-stack understanding; .NET/React experience is a plus
• Ability to shape architecture and system design for scalable solutions
• Customer-focused, data-informed decision making

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Team Leads and their reports
• Own predictable, iterative delivery of quarterly objectives across teams
• Shape roadmaps and frame technical investment with commercial impact
