Job summary

Hilton Foods is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering team in Huntingdon. You will manage resources, ensure safety and quality, and drive maintenance planning and asset care across the site.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and experience in GMP/food industry environments. The position is permanent and on-site, offering opportunities for development and progression.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Mechanical qualifications at NVQ3 or higher.
• Experience as an engineering supervisor or in management within food industry preferred.
• Experience producing KPI reports and using IT tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Engineering resources across assigned areas.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Maintain CMMS data, assets, and PPM schedules.
• Oversee maintenance planning, budgets, and cost control.
