Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an Engineering Manager in London to lead a talented software engineering team delivering products used by thousands of customers. You’ll shape technical strategy, foster high-performing teams, and partner with Product, Design, and leadership to drive outcomes.

You’ll influence engineering standards, delivery processes, and team culture while staying close to technology to guide decisions. This role offers flexible hybrid work and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams.
• Commercial delivery of applications using React and Node.js.
• Proven coaching and development of engineers.
• Experience with Next.js and modern frontend architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SaaS products and product-led organisations.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern workflows.
• Experience leading distributed/remote teams.
• Background in high-growth scale-ups.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Software Engineers.
• Create a high-performing engineering culture focused on collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to define priorities and deliver business outcomes.
• Support architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
• Drive improvements to engineering processes, delivery practices, and team productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and regular 1-1's.
• Support hiring activities, interview processes, and team growth.
• Remove blockers and help teams deliver effectively.
• Champion engineering best practices, testing and code quality.
