We're partnering with a growing technology business looking to hire an Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented software engineers delivering products used by thousands of customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving engineering excellence, and creating an environment where engineers can do their best work. You'll work closely with Product, Design and senior leadership to shape technical strategy while supporting the development and growth of your team.

You'll have significant influence over engineering standards, delivery processes, hiring, and team culture while remaining close enough to the technology to make informed technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps and Infrastructure as Code practices.
