• Lead the team's adoption of agentic development; set expectations for AI-assisted tools and measure impact on output and quality.
• Own and drive delivery commitments to product and business stakeholders across all active work.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, capacity planning, and resourcing to maintain delivery capability during growth.
• Produce team-level reporting and proactively communicate risks with mitigations.
