Qualifications
- Significant experience leading engineering teams for complex enterprise technology.
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms or similar enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or comparable ERP platforms is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to translate business priorities into engineering plans.
- Ability to develop and strengthen technical ownership within teams.
