Job summary

MHR is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team building the cloud-based HR, Payroll and Finance platform. You will combine people leadership with technical influence, fostering engineering excellence, test-driven development and continuous improvement.

You’ll work with modern technologies including .NET, Angular, Azure and AI-assisted development tools, shaping how software is built while supporting team growth and success.

Qualifications

Experience leading software engineers in Agile teams.
Strong software engineering background.
Proven ability to drive quality and TDD.
Experience shaping engineering culture and practices.
Excellent stakeholder communication.
