Johnson Controls is seeking a Dispatcher / Planner to ensure our installation operation runs smoothly. You will coordinate schedules, plan workloads and manage customer appointments to deliver a seamless experience.

Full training will be provided and you will work closely with Field Line Managers to resolve issues before they arise. The role offers competitive salary, generous leave (25 days + Bank Holidays), pension, life assurance, and employee assistance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch engineers to customer appointments, ensuring correct assignee and timing.
• Balance engineer diaries, workloads, and provide support to keep productivity high.
• Plan and coordinate customer visits from start to finish, confirming details and ahead planning.
• Collaborate with engineers and managers to resolve problems quickly and keep customers informed.
• Coordinate schedules, materials and follow-up visits to keep engineers focused on jobs.
