Johnson Controls is seeking a Dispatcher / Planner to ensure our installation operation runs smoothly. You will coordinate schedules, plan workloads and manage customer appointments to deliver a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch engineers to customer appointments, ensuring correct assignee and timing.
• Balance engineer diaries, workloads, and provide support to keep productivity high.
• Plan and coordinate customer visits from start to finish, confirming details and ahead planning.
• Collaborate with engineers and managers to resolve problems quickly and keep customers informed.
• Coordinate schedules, materials and follow-up visits to keep engineers focused on jobs.

What you will do

Join our team as a Dispatcher / Planner and play a key role in keeping our installation operation running smoothly. You’ll be the driving force behind a fully utilised engineering team - coordinating schedules, planning workloads, and ensuring customer appointments stay on track. Working closely with our Field Line Managers, you’ll help resolve potential issues before they become problems, keeping no‑shows to a minimum and delivering a seamless experience for every customer.

Full training will be provided.
