• Proven experience of managing multi-disciplined Engineering teams within an automated Warehouse or FMCG environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven individual.
• Clear understanding of policies and procedures within which an operation is managed.

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering shift manager in leading a large team of multi-disciplined Engineers.
• Provide hands-on fault-finding support for the Engineering Teams.
• Drive engagement and develop the leadership skills of the shift team.

Health and Safety qualifications (IOSH or equivalent)
