Qualifications

• Line-manage engineers with regular one-to-ones and career conversations.
• Own capacity and resource allocation for one or more pods to support delivery.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and retention for the engineers you manage.
• Act as the agile practitioner for your pods, coaching ceremonies and ways of working.
• Track flow metrics and drive continuous improvement in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Line-manage and develop a group of engineers, through regular one to ones, honest feedback and real career conversations.
• Own capacity and resource allocation for one or more pods, ensuring the right engineers and skills are available.
• Hire, onboard and retain people you manage to build strong teams.
• Lead agile practice for pods and coach teams to run ceremonies effectively.
• Monitor delivery flow and remove blockers to improve velocity and quality.
