Job summary

Grant Thornton UK LLP is recruiting an Engineering Delivery Manager to lead a group of engineers, own growth and wellbeing, and act as delivery lead for one or more pods in an AI-native delivery environment. You will shape ways of working, ensure capacity planning, and collaborate with product and tech leadership to drive outcomes.

You will partner with Tech Leads and Product Managers to align priorities, mentor teams, and foster a culture of psychological safety while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering delivery management.
• Experience leading multiple pods in a matrix organisation.
• Strong coaching and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to balance people growth with delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Line-manage engineers and develop their career growth and wellbeing.
• Own capacity planning and resource allocation for one or more pods.
• Lead agile ceremonies and coach teams to improve delivery maturity.
• Partner with Tech Leads and Product Managers to align priorities and roadmaps.
• Drive AI-native delivery practices and foster a data-driven culture.
