Job summary

Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking an Engineering Delivery Manager to lead engineers, own delivery and agile practices, and drive multi-pod collaboration in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment. You will shape ways of working, support capacity planning, and partner with Product Managers to deliver value.

You will be part of a global firm with a strong focus on quality, inclusion and work-life balance, and there is flexibility around working patterns to fit life in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Proven experience line-managing engineers and delivering agile delivery.
• Ability to lead multiple pods with capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills for teams in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Line-manage and develop engineers across delivery pods.
• Act as agile practitioner, coaching teams and improving ceremonies.
• Manage capacity, skills mapping and dependencies for delivery.
• Partner with Product Manager and Tech Leads to ensure on-time delivery.
