Job summary

Synchro is recruiting an Engineering Delivery Lead for London with hybrid work options (2 days in the office, 3 days remote). You will oversee technology project delivery across engineering and business teams, helping to shape delivery processes and drive the rollout of new platform capabilities as the business scales.

The ideal candidate has solid ecommerce/D2C experience and a strong background in agile delivery, change management, and stakeholder communication within scaleups.

Engineering Delivery Lead - London / remote - Online retail / Ecom

Synchro are partnered with a well known and established online ecommerce business who are looking for a Delivery Lead to join their technology team during an exciting period of platform transformation and growth.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in hands-on and fast-paced, collaborative environment and will involve managing the delivery of technology projects across engineering and business teams. You’ll play a key role in helping shape delivery processes, improving ways of working and supporting the rollout of new platform capabilities as the business continues to scale.

Required experience;

• Solid experience working within an ecommerce or D2C environment
• A strong background delivering technology change, digital transformation or platform migration projects
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Someone who enjoys working within scaleup or fast-moving environments and is comfortable with change
