Job summary

Synchro is recruiting an Engineering Delivery Lead for London with hybrid work options (2 days in the office, 3 days remote). You will oversee technology project delivery across engineering and business teams, helping to shape delivery processes and drive the rollout of new platform capabilities as the business scales.

The ideal candidate has solid ecommerce/D2C experience and a strong background in agile delivery, change management, and stakeholder communication within scaleups.

Qualifications

• Solid ecommerce or D2C experience in delivering technology change.
• Experience with Agile delivery and working with software teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and adaptability in scaleups.
