Omega Red Group is seeking a proactive Planner/Scheduler in Bulwell, Nottingham to support the Compliance Team. You will coordinate engineers, manage schedules, and ensure safe, timely delivery of safety-critical operations across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling or deployment coordination is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tests, inspections, repairs, and installations with clients and engineers across the UK via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal IT systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely delivery of planned activities.
• Manage and update scheduling data across all workstreams for efficiency.
• Arrange sourcing and ordering of plant, materials, and equipment for projects.
• Support engineers with site-based queries and scheduling adjustments.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage changes or delays.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of the Compliance Team.
