Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver process-centric training content tailored to engineering roles.
• Ensure training materials are current and version-controlled.
• Coordinate training schedules and ensure timely delivery across teams.
• Assess delegate competency through tests and provide post-training support.
• Collaborate with process owners to ensure smooth transition to BAU.
