Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Training and Change Manager to drive adoption of new ERP processes, systems and ways of working. You will design training, document workflows and communicate clearly to support smooth transitions and sustained behavioural change across the organisation.

You will collaborate with business leads across functions, assess impacts of changes, map stakeholders and identify knowledge gaps to tailor effective change interventions and information that maintain momentum

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training or change management within a business or ERP context.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, accessible materials and communicate with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, planning and delivery skills; data-driven with adoption metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver accessible training materials, modules and supporting documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, drop-in sessions and one-to-one training.
• Help teams adopt new processes, terminology and systems while identifying blockers.
• Monitor adoption and report on where additional intervention is needed.
• Ensure training aligns with governance, controls and process standards.
