Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Training and Change Manager to support the adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working as Enterprise Resource Planning upgrades are implemented. You will design engaging training and clear documentation to enable smooth transitions and sustained behavioural change.

Working with business leads across the organisation, you will map stakeholders, identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted interventions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training or change management within a business or ERP context.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, accessible materials and communicate with different stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation skills and an organised, data-driven approach to planning and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials, modules and supporting documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, drop-in sessions and one-to-one training.
• Help teams adopt new processes, terminology and systems while identifying blockers and gaps.
• Monitor adoption and report on where additional intervention is needed.
• Ensure training aligns with governance, controls and process standards.
