The role involves supporting apprentices through their learning journey, managing resources, and creating engaging learning content. Ideal candidates should have relevant industrial experience and hold qualifications like a Level 3 Apprenticeship or higher, with a strong grasp of teaching methodologies. Additional teaching qualifications are desirable. The position offers support for achieving further teaching qualifications.

Qualifications

• Several years of industrial experience in engineering.
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies.
• Recognised Training/Teaching qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training in engineering subjects.
• Support delivery across Levels 2, 3 and 4 apprenticeship programs.
• Manage and develop learning content for apprenticeship trailblazers.
