Job summary

Dennis Eagle is seeking an Engineering Change Lead to coordinate change requests from submission through to review and approval at Warwick. You’ll lead the Change Review Board and ensure cost, timescales, customers, suppliers and operations are understood before work begins.

The role requires experience in engineering change management, PLM systems, and product lifecycle knowledge, with a degree in engineering or equivalent. On-site role with travel between UK sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering change management or product data control.
• Ability to chair or support cross-functional review meetings.
• Experience using PLM systems such as Teamcenter, Windchill or Arena.
• Understanding of the product lifecycle from concept to obsolescence.
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and prioritising investigation and change requests.
• Coordinating assessments across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance.
• Chairing Change Review Board meetings and recording decisions.
• Ensuring changes are assessed and approved before resources are committed.
• Preparing meeting information and maintaining audit-ready records.
• Identifying related changes to reduce cost and disruption.
