Job summary

Role involves shaping curriculum to meet employer needs, expanding provision across funding streams, and building industry relationships to support regional economic growth.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering apprenticeship programmes.
• Knowledge of current funding methodologies for apprenticeships.
• Ability to manage quality systems and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for apprenticeship provision.
• Develop new programmes in line with employer demand.
• Monitor learner performance and improve retention and outcomes.
• Lead on recruitment, workforce development and staff performance.
• Collaborate with cross-college teams to strengthen provision.
