Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLookups.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.
• Experience in program or project management; delivering on time.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic leadership for the Amazon Apprentice Academy at LCY2 and align training centre strategy with organisational goals.
• Oversee training centre operations, equipment, facilities, and health and safety compliance; cover teaching as needed.
• Lead, develop and manage the centre delivery team and coordinate with external training providers.
• Ensure training standards compliance with Ofsted and awarding bodies; contribute to QA processes and improvement plans.
• Act as Safeguarding Officer; maintain confidential records and liaise with authorities as required.
