Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Apprentice Academy Trainer based in Beccles to deliver engineering apprenticeships at Levels 2 and 3. You will assess learners, develop lesson plans, and work with the team to ensure compliant delivery and safeguarding.

You will travel to other Amcor sites as required, support progression reviews, and contribute to quality assurance activities while maintaining an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training is desirable.
• Willing to travel to other Amcor sites as needed.
• Must undertake a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Engineering training to apprenticeship standards for Levels 2 and 3.
• Collaborate with staff to create lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching materials.
• Coach and mentor learners to stay engaged and progress.
