Amcor is seeking an Apprentice Academy Trainer based in Beccles to deliver engineering apprenticeships at Levels 2 and 3. You will assess learners, develop lesson plans, and work with the team to ensure compliant delivery and safeguarding.
You will travel to other Amcor sites as required, support progression reviews, and contribute to quality assurance activities while maintaining an inclusive learning environment.

Amcor has three apprenticeship academies, based in Beccles, Suffolk, Blackburn Lancashire and Oakham, Rutland, specialising in Engineering and Polymer apprenticeships and training. We are looking to recruit a trainer to assess and train apprentices. The trainer will ensure delivery and compliance with the relevant course standards and external partners, including Ofsted and the awarding bodies. They will ensure apprentices are safeguarded, nurtured and motivated to learn in a proactive and positive environment. The successful candidate will be supported and trained, and will integrate with the current team of assessors and trainers.
Start date: January 2027 or sooner if available.
