Job summary

Neural Concept is seeking a Solution Engineer to bridge engineering credibility with strategic AI solutions in Germany. You will own pre-sales from discovery to demo to SOW, acting as the technical compass across client lifecycles, and identifying expansion opportunities.

German and English fluency is required, with hands-on CAD/CAE and Python experience. You will articulate the AI roadmap for accounts, craft compelling demos, and collaborate with Sales and the Forward Deployed Engineering team

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with CAD/CAE workflow understanding.
• Strong engineering background with ability to link technical problems to AI solutions.
• Excellent communicator in both German and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify impactful NC use cases.
• Define AI strategy and technical roadmap for accounts.
• Deliver client-tailored demos and proposals.
• Prepare and run Steering Committees; drive adoption and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering for smooth transitions.
