Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering/technical administration and stock control.
• Excellent MS Office skills and data handling abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Support holiday and time recording processes.
• Liaise with HR regarding employment and payroll queries.
• Assist with payroll amendments and resource management.
• Carry out invoice checks using SAP.
• Maintain stock master data and oversee stock levels.
• Arrange training courses and bookings.
• Prepare quotations, spreadsheets and reports.
• Provide customer updates when required.
