Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Leeds is seeking an Internal Account Manager to lead relationship-based engagement with engineers and other customers. The role focuses on commercially driven conversations and reactivating dormant accounts on the platform.

You will manage a portfolio, hit activity and conversion targets, and collaborate with Operations, Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues and maximise repeat usage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, account management, customer success or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound telephone calls.
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Experience working towards targets or KPIs.
• Strong objection-handling and influencing skills.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to overcome objections and engage engineers.
• Explain relevant work opportunities and platform benefits.
• Encourage engineers to update availability, skills and coverage areas.
• Own your engineer reactivation pipeline and achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and complete follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems quickly.
