Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in London is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, delivering exceptional service across renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments. You will build long-term relationships with clients and insurers and provide expert guidance on complex risks.

As a senior member, you will support colleagues, share best practice and help drive regulatory compliance while focusing on excellent client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Insurance Account Handling.
• Strong knowledge across commercial insurance products.
• Experience managing renewals, new business and client portfolios.
• Excellent relationship and stakeholder management.
• Acturis experience.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients including renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments.
• Build and maintain strong client, insurer and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide technical support and guidance on complex risks and policy wordings.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty; maintain accurate records.
• Utilize Acturis and internal systems to improve processes and service delivery.
