Qualifications

• Previous Internal Sales or Account Management experience is essential.
• Strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing existing customer accounts
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Acting as the main point of contact for your customers
• Understanding customer requirements and identifying opportunities to grow accounts
• Generating new business opportunities within your customer base
• Handling customer enquiries and supporting sales opportunities
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of service
