Job summary

Miller's Vanguard is seeking a Call Handler to join our operations team at the FM centre in Bury. You will plan and route engineers by prioritising jobs, maximise productivity by minimising travel, and inform customers of engineer ETA.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role, geographical routing experience, and strong communication and computer literacy. You will work to service level agreements and respond to calls promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Geographical routing experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and juggle last-minute changes.
• Familiarity with call-handling software.
• Good level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and route engineers by job prioritisation efficiently.

• Advise customers of the estimated time of arrival of the engineer.
