Job summary

Miller’s Vanguard is seeking an organised Installations Administrator to provide direct support to the department and leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. You will help with installations, maintenance, and service scheduling, maintaining accurate customer files, and liaising with customers, engineers and service centres.

Training will be provided and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong MS Word and Excel skills required.
• Familiarity with installation projects is a bonus, but not essential.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support installations, maintenance, and service as per schedules.
• Ensure installations are safe and efficient; support team.
• Contribute ideas to help grow and improve the business.
• Maintain customer job files in hard and electronic formats.
• Communicate with customers, engineers and customer service centres.
• Undertake additional tasks relevant to the position as needed.
• Perform general administrative duties.
