Job summary

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, managers, and senior managers to address business challenges through training.
• Deliver scalable learning solutions with impact and evaluate effectiveness.
• Use readiness, deployment, assessment, and reinforcement strategies for learning experiences.
• Utilize instructor-led, virtual, web-based, or other delivery methods.
• Assist Talent Enablement onboarding and other program needs.
• Create/curate and facilitate learning experiences for targeted audiences.
• Develop surveys, analyse findings, and report on learning outcomes.
• Deliver employee experiences that change behavior and drive productivity.
• Design readiness and reinforcement communications and manage implementations.
• Coordinate onboarding communications and follow-ups for learning initiatives.
• Provide in-person and virtual continued onboarding support.
• Assist with learning path development and communications across multiple job roles.
• Identify recommendations and solutions for training content.
• Apply learning principles to deliver effective learning experiences for broad audiences.
