This position offers a Monday to Friday work environment with occasional travel, and it starts with an initial 6-month contract, providing an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the organization at events across the UK, promoting the benefits of membership and driving new sign-ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with member companies, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction.
• Follow up post-events by handling queries, processing applications, and maintaining effective communication with prospective and existing members.
• Develop high-quality written content and presentations to support outreach and engagement efforts.
• Manage a range of administrative functions, including report writing, membership tracking, and revenue-related processes.
• Respond to inquiries and direct them appropriately within the organization.
• Strengthen relationships with targeted schools, implementing strategies to grow and retain student membership and foster ambassador networks.
• Support occasional training and recruitment events nationwide, including marketing these events to relevant audiences.
• Coordinate attendance at career fairs, managing logistics such as staff scheduling, travel, and accommodation.
• Organize and facilitate webinars related to career development and training as needed.

If you have worked in the Airline industry at crew level or similar, this would be an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills in coordinating events, presenting opportunities to the industry in a Monday to Friday environment with occasional travel.

Initially a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.
