Job summary

EY in the United Kingdom seeks a dynamic Consulting Senior Manager to lead Life Sciences Commercial Technology engagements, driving data-driven business transformations. Ideal candidates will have deep Veeva/Salesforce knowledge and strong consulting leadership to guide multi-disciplinary teams.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape operating models, and contribute to proposals while advancing EY’s global best practices in commercial technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting within the Life Sciences sector or from within the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, or related sectors) with understanding of the commercial landscape from both business and technology perspectives.
• Proven track record of managing engagement teams and client relationships.
• Expertise in commercial transformation technologies, data analytics, and major CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce).
• Ability to design operating models and organisational structures for technology functions.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements focused on commercial technology transformation for Life Sciences clients.
• Define and implement strategies that align technology initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding them through complex technology-enabled transformations.
• Bring EY thought leadership and global best practices to help clients achieve commercial effectiveness and growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring delivery of innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
• Support change management initiatives to embed technology-driven culture across client organisations.
• Contribute to solution development and oversee quality of proposals for technology-led transformation.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and diversity.
