Job summary

Veeva is expanding its Global Medical Consulting practice and seeks a Consultant to help Life Sciences customers accelerate patient access by transforming how they leverage Technology, Data, and AI. You will reshape operating models, lead end-to-end workstreams, and contribute to measurable business value across Medical Affairs initiatives with Vault Medical.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Strategy, and Marketing to optimize Medical Customer processes and maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven expertise in Medical Affairs Operating Models, Medical Content Strategy, Medical Communications.
• Analytical rigor with quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions.
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva’s data and software insights.
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and development within your workstream.
• Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation.
