Job summary

Mayborn in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an Engagement & Internal Communications Executive on a fixed term 6-month contract. You will own the monthly employee round-up, manage the intranet and Viva Engage, and coordinate events and Town Hall communications to support a connected, informed workforce.

You will work with senior leaders, HR and global stakeholders to craft engaging content, drive participation, and strengthen company culture through strategic communications and EVP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications or employee engagement roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly employee round-up and content for the intranet.
• Create LinkedIn content for employer brand.
• Coordinate site and global communications and Town Hall messaging.
• Manage intranet and Viva Engage content and governance.
• Plan and deliver internal employee events and engagement activities.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to align communications with priorities.
