Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven senior internal communications experience in a complex, international organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities for senior leaders.
• Experience delivering employee engagement and change communication programmes.
• Previous people management experience is essential.
• Experience collaborating with designers, videographers and multimedia teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support leadership communications and change initiatives.
• Create engaging content across intranet, email, presentations and campaigns.
• Manage the internal communications calendar and coordinate global activities.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and alignment.
• Plan and deliver internal events, town halls and engagement programmes.
• Measure effectiveness and provide regular reporting and insights.
• Oversee internal communications platforms and improve channels/tech.
• Lead, coach and develop a small communications team.
