Job summary

WSP in the UK is looking for a proactive engagement professional to join our growing UK-wide Engagement team of 60 plus. You will help connect communities with major infrastructure projects across water, health, energy and the environment, delivering thoughtful, clear communications and meaningful engagement.

Supported by senior engagement specialists within the Planning and Consents unit, you’ll contribute to public consultation, collaborate across WSP and create communications that bring

Qualifications

• A degree (or equivalent) or at least two years’ related experience.
• Membership of a professional or trade body (or working towards one).
• Exposure to road, rail, utilities, water, environment or energy sectors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Help communities understand projects by writing clear communications.
• Publish communications, organise events logistics and run surveys.
• Present feedback to shape projects with data coding and reports.
• Attend meetings and minuting; track stakeholder engagement.
• Support teams to deliver quality communications and engagement.
