WSP’s UK-wide engagement team is growing, offering a role to shape how major projects connect with communities. You’ll contribute to public consultation and stakeholder engagement, collaborating across WSP to create clear communications that bring projects to life and ensure positive community experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree or comparable professional experience in a relevant field.
• Membership of a relevant professional or trade body is welcomed but not essential.
• Experience contributing to or leading engagement activities on multi-disciplinary projects is advantageous.
• Mentoring, supporting, or line-managing colleagues is valued.

Responsibilities

• Helping communities and stakeholders understand projects through clear communications.
• Providing opportunities for questions and feedback via publications, events, and surveys.
• Presenting feedback to shape project development and reporting themes.
• Advising and delivering engagement activities for UK and international clients, including virtual rooms, posters, banners, and maps.
• Managing projects to meet timelines, budgets, and resources for the client.
