Carrington West is seeking a Programme Engagement Officer in Hampshire on a 12-month contract to support the Capital Delivery Engagement Team. The role is full-time with a pay rate of £18-£20 per hour, based in Hampshire.

The post holder will manage engagement activities, handle enquiries, maintain records, and assist with communications for transport schemes. Site visits and materials coordination are also part of the role, with data handling in line with policy.

Formación

• Provide effective engagement, communication and administrative support to the Capital Delivery Engagement Team.
• Manage routine enquiries and redirect complex ones to the relevant officer.
• Ensure timely, clear, consistent communications with residents and stakeholders.
• Maintain engagement records, forms and councillor records.
• Contribute to accuracy of scheme web pages and updates to the Team Leader.
• Visit scheme sites to take photos and arrange materials and bookings as needed.

Responsabilidades
